WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION TRAINING
Our Warranty Administration Training is an excellent way to train a back-up or primary Warranty Administrator/Service Advisor. The training is structured to teach the student the overall picture of policy right through to the smallest detail of administration. The student will gain a broad knowledge of Warranty Coverages, Policy & Procedures, Claims Preparation and on Direct Warranty Entry. This will entail how to prepare and submit all warranty claims, either by overnight (batch) or on-line submission with actual on-line training. Indicated below is a breakdown of what the training will consist of:
Training:
Tier 1 Training: Onsite training, includes 10 hours of after-care/consulting.
Tier 2 Training: Online training, includes 10 hours in 2 hour increments of zoom training with 5 hours of after-care/ consulting.
Processing Options:
Option 1: Warranty Claims Processing Combination- Dealership Warranty Administrator will process Recalls and less intricate claims. The remainder of the claims will be processed by Summers.
Option 2: Warranty Claims Processing Full – Summers will process all of claims beginning at time of receipt of RO through payment of Ford.
Costs:
Tier 1 Training (includes travel time but not including airfare, hotel or car rental): $ call for price
Tier 2 Training: $ call for price
Option 1: Warranty Claims Processing Combination: % (call for percentage) of total amount of each claim paid.
Option 2: Warranty Claims Processing Full: % (call for percentage) of total amount of each claim paid.

This training will consist of how to prepare and submit all warranty claims, either by overnight (batch) or on-line submission with actual on-line training. The student will come out of the Ford Warranty Administrator School training with a solid knowledge and the confidence to get right to work!
You will have the opportunity to call Summers Dealer Services at any time to have your questions answered. Our instructors have a great deal of experience in Ford training. Summers Dealer Services currently supervises 6,000 warranty claims a month at our office where claims are processed for many Detroit area dealerships. By processing warranty claims full-time, our instructors and staff are always kept abreast of any new changes or edits within the OWS payment system. This knowledge and experience will allow the student to receive up-to-date warranty information along with the expertise needed to get the claims paid! Classes are taught at dealerships around the country. If you are not completely satisfied with the content of the training, simply turn in your workshop materials at anytime and receive a refund.
